MCV issue 67 (24 December 1999)

MCV's review of the 1990s! They pick their Publisher of the Decade, Developer of the Decade, and Cock-up of the Decade, among others.
PlayStations are in 25% of British households. This number seems high!
Announcement of a new magazine catering to fans of strategy games. I've never heard of PC Strategy Games, there's nothing on Retromags, on OGM, or on archive.org, and was skeptical that it ever went to print, but a quick check suggests that it ran for at least 7 issues. I just picked up four of them on eBay. I may have a problem.
Top of the all formats chart this week: Tomb Raider 4: The Last Revelation, FIFA 2000 and Tomorrow Never Dies. I didn't have to change a word of that from the writeup for issue 66.
