• A disappointingly dry interview with Wild Bill Stealey on the formation of his new company Thriller Games (which I think became iEntertainment Network).
• A feature on storytelling in games, with quotes from, among others, Al Lowe and Chris Roberts.
• Reviewed: Call of Duty: World at War, Fallout 3, Sacred 2, World of Goo.
• One of the games listed above gets a 10/10 review, one of only two in this magazine's 31 issues.
• An entire section on MMO news, with a Blizzcon 2008 feature. Their 'big five' MMOs at the time: World of Warcraft, Lord of the Rings Online, Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, EVE Online, Age of Conan. 2008 was peak MMO.
• In the back, a feature and interview on the recently launched Good Old Games Dot Com.
